So much attention has been given on individualism in our society that we have become disconnected to those around us. People have lost that sense of community. Just as we do not choose our earthly family, we do not choose our spiritual family. God decides both. The church is a community created by the Holy Spirit in Christ Jesus holding in common,, by an unbreakable bond, the truth grounded in God's Word, love for God and one another and filled with joy.
