Inclusivity is the practice or policy of including people who would otherwise be excluded or marginalized. In Isaiah 55 we hear the call for all who are thirsty to come, buy with money, without price. In chapter 56 we find out just who are invited so that there will be no mistake about who may come. Once previously excluded we are told that the eunuch, the foreigner, and also the outcast.
