Only 300 soldiers carrying nothing but torches and trumpets against a vast army. The odds were impossible. God shows His might in our weakness so that we cannot boast that the victory was on account of us, by our own might. Man would never have dreamed that the victory over sin and the devil would be by the death of Jesus, God's own Son.
